   • Name, nationality, Japanese level, preferred role, preferred location, residence status, school/employer, major, etc. (for career consultation and registration)
   • Email address and phone number
   • Inquiry type, and planned role, number of hires, and hiring timeline (for companies)
   • Information contained in your inquiry or consultation

3. 3. Purpose of Use

   We use the personal information we collect within the scope of the following purposes:

   • To respond and communicate regarding inquiries and career consultations
   • To provide our services (placement, hiring support, and retention support, and H-bridge Career's career support, job introductions, and operation and guidance of the online community)
   • To improve service quality and for statistical analysis (conducted in a form that does not identify individuals)

4. 4. Provision to Third Parties

   When necessary for job introductions or hiring selection, and with your prior consent, we may provide your name, background, preferences, and other necessary information to hiring companies. Except in such cases, and except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent.

5. 5. Outsourcing

   We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we appropriately supervise the contractor.

   We use forms on our own managed WordPress to receive inquiries and career consultations. Submitted content may be stored on our servers to respond to inquiries and provide services. We also use our email-delivery infrastructure for email notifications.

6. 6. External Services and Analytics

   This site does not currently use analytics tools. If we begin using them, we will update this Policy and clearly state the service used, the information collected, and the purpose.

7. 7. Retention Period

   We retain the personal information we collect for approximately three years after completing our response to your inquiry or the provision of services, after which we delete or dispose of it appropriately, except where retention is required by law.

   We take necessary and appropriate measures to manage the security of personal information, including preventing its leakage, loss, or damage.
